We'll arrive on the scene to set up tents and decor either on the same day or the day prior, depending on your party schedule. Our team will work within the designated arrival window, typically taking 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the number of tents, balloon requests, and logistical considerations like stairs.
Each indoor tent requires a 4-foot by 6-foot space, providing ample room for a cozy and magical experience. We kindly ask that children remove their shoes to fully immerse themselves in the fun.
After the festivities, we'll swiftly dismantle everything, ensuring it's returned in the same pristine condition as it was received. You won't need to worry about cleanup; we'll take care of it all. Please note that while we handle setup and takedown, we do not manage party trash disposal.
